The cottage was poorly equipped with a broken kitchen element and no essentials like a kettle or coffee maker. We frequently dealt with loud noises from cleaning staff during the day, which disrupted our privacy and relaxation. The musty smell and damp bedding.

The location is STUNNING, the staff is excellent co-operating, and the hotel is pretty. The restaurant serves delicious Indian food. Think it's best Kampala's place to stay.
As we remember, there was no signal.

A peaceful oasis amid chaos
The lush garden surrounding my cottage was amazing. I felt transported every morning while sipping my coffee outdoors, soaking in the serene ambiance that felt miles away from the bustling city.
Unfortunately, the shower had leaks that needed attention, which disrupted my otherwise wonderful stay. The maintenance staff seemed overwhelmed with requests, leading to some delays.

I truly enjoyed airy room with biscuits and the garden, as example, and very very helpful and attentive staff. The above average breakfast had good choice of meals and the food I tasted was amazing.
There was signal to be added.

great amenities but minor service issues
The garden seating area was like an oasis. I enjoyed working outside on the patio, where the power supply was handy. The meal portions exceeded my expectations. The city view from my chalet added a nice touch to my stay.
The staff's responsiveness could use improvement.

A Charming Retreat in Kampala's Green Oasis
Arriving at such a tranquil hotel reminded me of stepping into another world. The lush landscaping created a serene environment. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a coffee, despite the missing cups. Service was attentive, and I appreciated the delicious pasta dinner enjoyed al fresco with friends. Just be aware of steep stairs if you stay in the chalet.
